Over the past 15 years as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I have helped over 300 clients lose fat, transform their body and mind, and enhance sport performance, but it is through my own personal experience of motherhood that has lit in me a new passion for serving, educating and empowering women through their pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.
Becoming a mother is a pivotal time in a woman's life and my desire is for her to feel informed, prepared and supported throughout it all. I believe in taking a personalized & holistic approach to Motherhood; one that nourishes the mind, body and soul with nutrient dense food, exercise and unwavering support. My services help create the foundation necessary for women to experience healthier pregnancies, more empowered births, and a fully supported postpartum recovery.
Personalized nutrition coaching, exercise and unbiased, judgement-free support are all essential tools that empower women in their transition through motherhood. I help women feel confident, nourished and strong by optimizing functional strength, balancing hormones and prioritizing mental health. My support affords a new mother the ability to focus on whats most important; her physical and mental well being.
When a child is born, so is a mother and my passion is found in fostering women through that significant rebirth, helping them thrive in their new role as a mother. Whether you are a new momma or a seasoned vet with five kids, I look forward to meeting you, listening to your story, offering my help and sharing in this crazy-beautiful journey of motherhood with you.
