My goal with this plan is to completely transform the way you view fitness and nutrition. This plan is customized completely for you, which means it will not be overwhelming, but easy to follow and build in and around your daily routine. And we learn as we go. About your body and what works and what doesn't work and we make adjustments along the way. This is why weekly check ins + accountability are so important! This is how we push through weightloss/fatloss plateaus and keep you on track towards your goals. Many of my clients know what they need to do, but have a hard time executing + staying consistent, and this is when a coach becomes invaluable to your success.
Lastly, we go at YOUR pace, depending on how much accountability you prefer, and how many healthy habit changes you can manage per week. I meet you exactly where you are at, with no judgement, to help lead you towards a happier + healthier life.
How it works:
- Purchase Online Coaching package!
- Once payment has been received you will be contacted by me via email + with a link to fill out my online Client Intake Form via Google Forms.
- We will then schedule your 1st Initial Phone Consultation at your earliest convenience.
- Once I have collected information from both the Initial Consult + the Client Intake Form, I will then begin to build your fully customized plan!
- Once your initial plan and profile is complete, we will then set up another phone meeting (20-30 minutes) to go over your personalized plan and answer any questions you may have before getting started!
-->During this phone meeting we will also get you hooked up to my fitness app with your personal profile and get you familiarized with the App + it's integrations. - You will then continue to check in with me weekly (by phone or email). We will review your adherence, measurements and progress made during the week, chat about your workouts and how you've been feeling, plus make any necessary changes to plan + implement new habits + goals for the upcoming week!
