Service Description
A feel good, recovery class that your fitness routine NEEDS! Help your nervous system reset with a mix of low impact Functional + Intentional Training, Mobility, Core, Stretching + Self Myofascial Release Techniques. This class will improve your mobility, functional movements and recovery, as well as minimize pain + tension throughout your body. Feel stronger in your day to day life and help your body + mind balance the every day stressors of work, motherhood + exercise! This class includes: Band work, dynamic/static stretching, Glute strengthening, Pelvic Floor + Core rehabilitation + strengthening, Corrective Exercise, Foam Rolling, Self Myofascial release techniques + more. This class will run for FOUR, 50 minute sessions for the month of MAY, every Friday at 12PM. It is a small group class in the studio with a maximum of 8 ladies per class. This class is KID Friendly! We like to love on + support women at any stage of life. If you are a mama and need to bring your little one for a workout, please don't hesitate! <3 .The Fine Print. A Welcome Email with important information about this program will be sent to each participant prior to 1st class starting. If you would like to pay via E-Transfer, please select "pay in person" at checkout and email funds to j.thefitdoula@gmail.com. If you would like to pay cash, please bring with you to your first session. Fitness waiver to be signed before 1st class begins for any new participants. No Refunds once classes begin.
