Service Description

Are you ready to Level UP? Jump from circut to circut in this advanced class focusing on Strength Training + Functional Fitness. It's packed full of fun training styles (Tabata, EMOM'S and partner drills) as well as Dynamic stretching, Mobility Work, Glute + Pelvic Floor strengthening + corrective exercise, core work, battle ropes, barbell + dumbbell exercises + more! Classes include EIGHT, 50 minute sessions for the month of MAY, every Monday + Wednesday at 12PM OR Tuesday + Thursday at 11AM. It is a small group class in the studio with a maximum of 8 ladies per class. This class is KID Friendly! We like to love on + support women at any stage of life. If you are a mama and need to bring your little one for a workout, please don't hesitate! <3 If you have been in Stroller Fitness before and are looking for more of a challenge, but still want to keep your postpartum recovery in mind, this is the class for you! ALL women are welcome, but some fitness experience is needed + highly recommended. If you are freshly postpartum and do not have much fitness experience I would recommend you start with Stroller Fitness that runs Mondays + Wednesdays at 9:45am! Please Note: Level Up classes will be indoor at my home studio. Whenever the weather is nice, we will have the garage door open and be exercising outside! Please dress appropriate for the weather! If you wish to still do two classes a week but would like to switch up your days, NO PROBLEM. Just email me at j.thefitdoula@gmail.com to notify me which days you would like to switch to. All participants will be added to a group chat where we can keep up to date with weather, important class info + get to know each other a bit more! ...The Fine Print... A Welcome Email with important information about this program will be sent to each participant before the 1st class begins. If you would like to pay via E-Transfer, please select "pay in person" at checkout and e-transfer funds to j.thefitdoula@gmail.com. If you would like to pay cash, please bring with you to your first session! Fitness waiver to be signed before 1st class begins for any new participants + their kiddos. No Refunds once classes begin.
